Butterflies

Where did they come from?

All the butterflies…..

I am not out in the field, in the meadow,

am just by my window, staring out at the night sky….

They are in the most unusual of places,

They are deep down,

Way deep in my tummy…

Only you could have come with them,

I don’t mind them though,

You brought butterflies,

You brought the warmth.
